2008 schedule (as of 4/22/08)
September 22nd-23rd - Unload storage and transport props back home, unload both attics, and sort props in the back-yard. We need to transport props from Gilberts to LITH, touch up paint props, touch up clothing, and work on last minute details. Are you creative or have a truck or trailer???
September 29th-30th - Set up the pillars, fence, and large structures. Continue to build/repair props and set up as much as possible.
October 1st thru 5th – Weather permitting: Set up final props, begin to wire props, run air-lines, and lighting.
October 6th – Finish all prop set-up; wiring, thunder & lightening, speakers, and garage. Prepare for grand opening!!!
October 6th – 7:00 pm GRAND OPENING
October 7th – Finish/fix any prop set-up that didn’t get done, work on additional details/props.
October 13th/14th - Weather permitting we typically have over 500 visitors. PLEASE offer to come hang out and keep order!!! Do you want to dress up and be one of our actors??
October 14th - Haunt 31 welcomes LasRyds Hearse Club (time TBD)
October 20th-21st - WE NEED HELP!!! Weather permitting we typically have over 500 visitors. PLEASE offer to come hang out and keep order!!! Do you want to dress up and be one of our actors??
October 27th-28th - WE NEED HELP!!! Weather permitting we typically have over 1000 visitors. PLEASE offer to come hang out and keep order!!! Do you want to dress up and be one of our actors??
October 31 - WE NEED HELP!!! from 6pm until 8pm. With over 3500 total visitors, 800+ trick-or-treaters, and parents, we need staff for crowd control, traffic control, candy distribution, security. FREE FOOD for those that help.
October 31st (after 10:30pm)/November 1st - WE NEED HELP!!! tear down and pack up. All props back to storage unless they need repair. Do you have a truck or trailer???
November 2nd through late spring - Repair front yard damage (WE NEED HELP!!!) Do you own a landscaping company??? Want to become a sponsor? See our sponsor page
